Born and raised in Canada, I have an ever growing passion for food & nutrition.
I like sustainable practices, locally grown food and learning about what the land has to offer us!
With over 10 years of restaurant experience and having the Chef title in those years, I have decided to start writing. I still cook of course 🙂
Any spare time I have goes towards research and attending classes so that I can understand this planet a little more.
Of course I spend a lot of time researching nutrition as well, I’ve been through some unhealthy stages in my life and hope that I can help others.
